LN Residence - Muchuan Xu's Vision for Modern Urban Living

Muchuan Xu's design for LN Residence in Guangzhou Science City is a testament to the fusion of modern aesthetics with local cultural characteristics. The project, completed in January 2021, redefines the concept of urban living by integrating square boxes as design elements to create shared spaces that promote community living.

LN Residence offers a range of apartment options, from one room and one living room to three rooms and one living room, each spanning 64-140㎡. The design optimizes every inch of space, ensuring a perfect functional zoning that caters to the diverse needs of the residents.

The project's realization technology incorporates new terrazzo, offering a seamless, cost-effective, and customizable material that adds a warm and inviting ambiance to the space. The design team, including Muchuan Xu, Minxi Cai, Junjie Li, and others, has meticulously curated the interior to reflect the vibrant and dynamic lifestyle of the young urbanites.
