The Craft Irish Whiskey Co. introduces The Donn, a mythological creation inspired by the Celtic Dark Lord, associated with the god of the dead in Irish mythology. The bottle's design is influenced by the geometric rock formations on Bull Rock in Ireland, representing the conquering of Tech Duinn and The Donn.

The Donn stands out as the first retail tailored product from The Craft Irish Whiskey Co., focusing on the storytelling capacity of a single vessel. Its experience box complements the bottle, elevating and highlighting the vessel's shaping with a see-through section and similar angled geometry.

With its faceted, angular shaping, The Donn bottle features a large, solid base that elevates the whiskey onto the narrowest part of the bottle, reflecting the whiskey colors in every direction. The design also incorporates a recessed gap for easy handling and pouring, combining aesthetics, mythology, ergonomics, and sensorial experience.

Introduced by The Craft Irish Whiskey Co. early 2023, The Donn represents the youngest addition to the luxury whiskey range, with its bottle developed for almost two years to achieve the ultimate vessel. The design reflects the brand's ultra-premium look and feel, merging tradition and innovation into a single design.

As the Chief Design Officer at The Craft Irish Whiskey Co., Tiago Russo has crafted a sensorial experience embedded onto dark oak, leather, and rose gold details, creating a moment of tasting and celebration alongside the intricate vessel. The Donn packaging is designed to draw attention towards the bottle, with concise angles used as the main focus point, teasing the viewer onto the natural shades of the whiskey.
