FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Huo Kai's "Pattern" gift paper design is a fusion of traditional Chinese patterns and modern graphic language, creating a visually captivating representation of cultural and creative expression. The design features abstract graphics extracted from traditional Chinese patterns, forming a unique order through repeated and continuous arrangement, appealing to the younger consumer demographic.
The design showcases the head of the dragon and incorporates isomorphic representations of flame, fish, and bat, among other traditional elements. By combining these elements with abstract patterns, Huo Kai has created a continuous wrapping paper pattern that seamlessly blends traditional Chinese aesthetics with modern design sensibilities.
The gift paper is produced using four-color printing technology and high-density special paper, ensuring its suitability for various product packaging and shading design applications.
Inspired by the desire to enhance consumers' emotional experience of traditional culture, "Pattern" gift paper is intended for product packaging, promotional materials, and carton design. By bringing traditional Chinese culture to the forefront of product packaging, Huo Kai aims to evoke an appreciation for the artistic charm of traditional Chinese culture and modern design aesthetics.
Huo Kai's design project "Pattern" was driven by the need to address the limited availability of traditional culture-themed gift paper in the market. By combining traditional pattern extraction and modern design, the project sought to resonate with consumers through graphic language, satisfying their emotional experience of cultural heritage and enhancing brand uniqueness and popularity.
The "Pattern" gift paper design has been recognized with the Iron A' Design Award in 2023, signifying its well-designed, practical, and innovative nature that meets professional and industrial requirements. This accolade acknowledges the design's integration of industry best practices and competent technical characteristics, contributing to a better world through fulfillment and positive feelings.
