By visualizing mathematical functions, M Genius increases students' interest in learning and utilizes gamification to make learning the logic of mathematical functions more engaging.
Utilizing the positive design method, M Genius leverages the parametric approach to visualize abstract functions. The app is developed using Java, XML, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, and 3D printing technology, enabling interaction with students through various devices such as pads, computers, and mobile phones.
The interface design of M Genius is simple, modern, and high-tech, while the interaction design is friendly and sustainable, catering to the needs of young users. The app offers a seamless learning experience, allowing users to learn functions by adjusting function unknowns and controlling function image changes.
The project commenced in March 2020 in Shanghai and was completed in December 2020, with an exhibition in January 2021. M Genius has been recognized with the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in Interface, Interaction, and User Experience Design in 2021, reflecting its remarkable impact on education and technology.
