Mao Xin Tea House, a historic tea producer in Taiwan, has revealed a new visual identity designed by Ching Yu Liu, aimed at preserving and promoting the local tea culture.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Mao Xin Tea House, a multi-generational tea producer in Taiwan, has unveiled a new visual identity designed by Ching Yu Liu. The design draws inspiration from the deep emotional connection the Tseng family has with the local tea culture, aiming to preserve and promote it for future generations.
The logo design reflects the beauty of oriental tea and its culture, emphasizing the unique specialty of two leaves to every one root. This design is a fusion of the local tea culture and Zen, reminiscent of Japanese rock gardens. The project, which commenced in March 2018 and concluded in September 2018, was a tribute to the Japanese-inspired architecture and natural beauty surrounding the tea house.
Ching Yu Liu's visual identity for Mao Xin Tea House is a result of extensive research and creative problem-solving. The design overcame the challenge of attracting a younger generation of tea enthusiasts while staying true to the traditional roots of the brand. The new visual identity is set to be used across various packaging and branding elements, contributing to enhanced brand recognition and a deeper connection with consumers.
