Triangler Co., Ltd. Introduces Holystone Recruitment Brand Identity

Triangler Co., Ltd., a Taiwan-based graphic design studio, has unveiled a vibrant and refreshing brand identity for Holystone's campus recruitment strategy. Holystone, a leading electronic component provider in Taiwan, sought a new image and strategy to engage with university students and stand out in campus job fairs. The new brand identity, designed by Triangler, incorporates Holystone's products and values into a visually appealing and youthful design, aiming to attract top talent.

The brand identity encompasses various visual applications, including logos, posters, shirts, documents, booth decorations, pamphlets, and gifts, all featuring piling square elements made with Holystone's products. The design team, led by Chi-Yao Tang, Chun-Yao Huang, and Yi Wang, along with Design Manager Hsiang-Chia Wu, utilized modern techniques and geometric elements to create a visually striking and youthful corporate image, specifically tailored to appeal to college students.

Triangler's design is not only visually appealing but also functional, with the visual design being applied to campus recruitment fairs, including booth signs, flags, banners, leaflets, L folders, stickers, and interactive games. The consistent young image aims to leave a strong impression on students, distinguishing Holystone in recruitment fairs.

The project, which was completed in 2018 in Taipei, Taiwan, has been successfully applied to annual campus recruitments in 2019 and 2020. The design team conducted thorough research, visiting Holystone's factory to gain a complete understanding of their production process and products, which influenced the transformation of production steps and products into a flat design.

Overcoming the challenge of conveying a unique and refreshing visual image in the rational and technological electronic industry, Triangler successfully transformed Holystone's products into a young and humorous design, creating a refreshing visual image for Holystone recruitment. The design was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in 2020, recognizing its outstanding and creatively ingenious design that authenticates experience and resourcefulness.
