Jinwan Huafa International: Redefining Jinwan Aviation City

Zhuhai Huafa Properties Co., Ltd. introduces the Jinwan Huafa International, a groundbreaking mixed-use development set to become a prominent addition to the skyline of Jinwan Aviation City. Inspired by the rapid growth of China’s aviation industry, the design of the Jinwan International Business Center captures the spirit of aviation with its aerodynamic forms, symbolizing the importance of aviation to both China and Jinwan Aviation City.

The Jinwan Huafa International is a unique blend of a commercial and residential district, designed to create an iconic waterfront development at the northern end of Jinshan Lake. The commercial district features a pair of dynamic gateway towers, while the residential district comprises five independent towers surrounding a central garden, offering a seamless connection to the picturesque Jinshan Lake.

Driven by a commitment to sustainability, the development incorporates passive environmental strategies such as wind and solar orientation, façade shading devices, and high-performance glass. The project, which commenced its design phase in mid-2016, is slated for completion in 2022 and is set to become a symbol of the region’s economic diversification through aviation.
