Traditional delivery of hotel supplies has been plagued by inefficiencies and high costs, prompting the need for a more intelligent and efficient alternative. The M-Robot addresses these challenges by offering a modular multi-cabin design that provides a secure and private contactless delivery solution.

With nine spacious cabins capable of accommodating a wide range of items, the M-Robot pioneers a multi-task concurrent scheduling system, enabling real-time optimal route planning and multi-order continuous delivery. Its intelligent cloud scheduling system allows for seamless integration with hotel services, enabling users to place orders through mini-programs or the front desk. Additionally, the robot can be used in conjunction with multi-cabin take-out storage cabinets, streamlining the delivery process.

Constructed using eco-friendly plastics and advanced manufacturing processes, the M-Robot's specialized chassis and universal components contribute to reduced production development costs. The robot's development was driven by the growing demand for contactless delivery solutions in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic and the need to address the environmental impact of disposable hotel supplies.
