Kaohsiung City Government Presents the Thousand Armed Lightsaber

Kaohsiung City Government has unveiled the groundbreaking "Thousand Armed Lightsaber" at the Taiwan Lantern Festival in Kaohsiung. This innovative art performance, inspired by the rhythm and aesthetics of dance and performance art, features a robotic arm as the main character, delivering a mesmerizing lightsaber performance.

The show, a result of the integration of industrial technology AIoT, presents a fantastical music and light show resembling a thousand-armed Avalokitesvara. With precise use of AIoT, the event marks the creation of an avant-garde, all-artificial intelligent art performance, setting the stage for more diverse art presentations in the future.

Powered by a six-axis robotic arm provided by Sunbeam Group, the performance is a fusion of technology, electric music, and traditional art, bringing the dynamics of machinery and the energy of the lightsaber to life. The exhibition space, spanning 5716cmx1851cm, showcases the perfect performance of the Thousand-Armed Lightsaber, captivating audiences with its precision and perfection.
