FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Britta Schwalm's "Eve's Weapon" is a captivating collier designed to symbolize the allure and power of women, drawing inspiration from the potent symbolism of the apple. The necklace, crafted from 750 carat rose and white gold, boasts 110 diamonds totaling 20.2 carats, set by tension only, showcasing absolute precision in craftsmanship. The design was conceptualized in Summer 2014 and brought to life in March 2015, with the diamonds sponsored by Anders Diamonds. "Eve's Weapon" made its debut at EXPO in Milan, Italy, from April to October 2015 and was presented at an exclusive gala by HRD Award in Antwerp on 28.10.2015.
The collier, measuring 40cm in length and 13mm in diameter, features a unique design that presents two distinct appearances depending on the viewpoint. When viewed from the side, the ring takes the shape of an apple, while from the top, it showcases an abstract form with visible V-shaped lines. Each segment of the necklace is split sideways to create a spring loading effect that holds the diamonds in place, emphasizing their luminosity and brilliance. The design was a recipient of the prestigious Golden A' Design Award in 2016, recognizing its exceptional creativity and impact.
Britta Schwalm's "Eve's Weapon" stands as a testament to the fusion of art, science, and design, embodying extraordinary excellence and leaving a significant mark on the world with its desirable characteristics. As an experienced goldsmith and graphic designer, Britta Schwalm continues to push the boundaries of jewelry design, showcasing her prodigy and wisdom through trendsetting creations.
