Figura's branding and packaging are a testament to the founder's love for the Mediterranean, as the design is inspired by the hues, tones, and textures of the region. The air balloon icon symbolizes the founder's voyage and her passion for Mediterranean cuisine and lifestyle, aiming to bring exotic products to the Asian market.

The design, centered around the fig icon stylized as an air balloon, embodies Figura's goal of introducing Mediterranean delicacies such as fig cakes, chocolates, and olive oils to the Asian market. The use of golden hues, purple, and green tones, along with patterns evoking the Mediterranean, creates a compelling visual narrative.

Utilizing high-quality printing from Pantone colors on Fedrigoni paper, Figura's packaging incorporates gold foil to enhance the premium quality of the products. The olive oil label, chocolate box, and raw fig cake box are meticulously designed to showcase the brand's commitment to excellence.

Figura's brand identity serves as a means to communicate the Mediterranean philosophy and lifestyle, setting the products apart from competitors in the Asian market. The branding and packaging effectively convey these elements to clients, evoking a sense of European travel and traditional taste, aligning with the target audience's expectations.

The project, initiated in November 2020 and completed in April 2021 in Croatia and Hong Kong, involved in-depth research and workshops to align the design with Figura's unique story, philosophy, and target market positioning. The design process overcame challenges such as effectively portraying the founder's roots and connection to the Mediterranean culture while appealing to the Asian market.

Anja Zambelli Čolak, the creative force behind Figura's branding and packaging, is a distinguished designer with a passion for understanding the essence of each client and communicating their messages through branding and design.
