The brochure kit stands out for its inclusivity, featuring original content contributed by the realtors themselves. It is designed to reach clients of diverse backgrounds and promote the franchise as a powerhouse brand, while positioning the realtors as trusted operators.
Utilizing advanced printing techniques and a thoughtful design approach, the brochure kit is a comprehensive tool for realtors to carry up-to-date listings and contracts for client consultations, empowering them to perform a wider range of sales tasks.
RE/MAX Daelim launched the brochure kit in South Korea in July 2023, following a collaborative design process that took place from March to June 2023. The kit's unique features and bilingual editions cater to both local and international clients, showcasing the franchisee's commitment to effective communication and client engagement.
Sang Ryu, an Assistant Professor of Visual Communication at the University of Oklahoma, has demonstrated his expertise in co-design methods and approaches, addressing critical challenges in the real estate industry. His innovative design has been recognized with the prestigious Bronze A' Design Award in 2024, highlighting its outstanding creativity and contribution to quality of life improvements.
