Cinch Culture Media Unveils Concept Poster for "Mosaic Portrait" Film
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Cinch Culture Media has unveiled a thought-provoking concept poster for the film "Mosaic Portrait," which tells the story of a girl who has been sexually assaulted. The poster, with its metaphorical and artistic approach, aims to create a sense of alienation and highlight the emotional impact of silence.
The creative core of the poster lies in covering the victim's head with a white cloth, symbolizing "death," and incorporating suggestive symbols such as gecko, fallen glass bottle, water, daisy, and goldfish to convey the themes of violence, sex, and virginity.
The poster was created using computer drawing software, primarily Photoshop, and features a handwritten title, adding a personal touch to the design. With a size of 75x105cm, the poster offers a visually compelling representation of the film's narrative.
The project commenced on May 26, 2019, in Beijing and was completed on June 16, 2019, with the concept poster released on June 17, 2019. The design team, including Xiaomeng Sun, Yuzhe Fu, Wenwen Sun, Yang Liu, and Kefan Chen, collaborated to bring this powerful concept to life.
Cinch Culture Media's innovative approach to film poster design has been recognized with the Silver A' Design Award in 2020, showcasing the company's outstanding expertise and innovation in visual communication design.
