Zilin Zhou's OurAbility Connect Dashboard is a groundbreaking web application that revolutionizes career networking for individuals with disabilities. The dashboard empowers users by providing an accessible and inclusive platform for establishing essential career connections, offering advanced accessibility features and AI-powered job search capabilities.

Throughout the project, Zilin prioritized accessibility at every stage of the design process, ensuring that the dashboard system meets the needs of all users. The project commenced in November 2020 in Syracuse NY and was completed in August 2020, with the final MVP product launching in 2022.

Despite facing challenges such as limited time and resources, Zilin successfully delivered a user-friendly and intuitive dashboard system that addresses the unique needs of individuals with disabilities. The project's dedication to inclusivity and accessibility has been recognized with the Bronze A' Design Award in Interface, Interaction, and User Experience Design in 2024.
