JiaXin Qiu's Autumn Sky gift box is a stunning blend of tradition and modern technology. Inspired by ancient Chinese window designs, this gift box showcases intricate laser carvings that transform it into a mesmerizing lamp at night. The box, measuring 210mm in width, 210mm in depth, and 200mm in height, features laser-carved elements such as clouds, waves, and forests, and is equipped with eight mooncakes, knives, forks, and electronic candles, providing a delightful and immersive experience.

The design process involved using multicolored silver paper laser-carved with precision and combining it with frosted PVC and EVA materials to achieve a captivating 3D effect. The use of transparent acrylic for the cover further enhances the visual appeal of the gift box.

One of the most remarkable aspects of this design is its balance of luxury and cost. Despite its advanced appearance, the entire gift box costs only $15, making it an affordable yet elegant option for gifting.

Recognizing its outstanding creativity and resourcefulness, the Autumn Sky gift box was honored with the Bronze A' Design Award in 2021. This prestigious accolade celebrates designs that exemplify technical and creative excellence, contributing to significant improvements in quality of life.
