The realization of Plexus relies on a combination of 3D-printed wax patterns and lost-wax casting, enabling the creation of intricate, high-precision metal components with organic forms. Parametric modeling and algorithmic mesh structures optimize material use, reinforcing stress points and ensuring optimal load distribution. Advanced metal treatments, including custom anodization and eco-friendly electroplating, enhance both durability and aesthetic adaptability, making Plexus a sustainable and visually compelling solution.
