Woosmell, created by Sun Wang and Sun Xi, is a groundbreaking fragrance packaging concept that challenges the disposable nature of traditional packaging. Officially launched in October 2024 in Shenzhen, Woosmell redefines packaging as a fashionable and functional accessory, designed to be reused and cherished long after the initial product is opened. The project has garnered significant recognition, including the prestigious Silver A' Packaging Design Award in 2025, as well as Gold Awards from the MUSE Design Awards and the French Design Award, and the Red Dot Product Design Award.

What sets Woosmell apart is its innovative use of Tyvek® paper, an ultra-durable and eco-conscious material developed by DuPont, as the outer packaging. This choice ensures longevity and sustainability, allowing the packaging to transition seamlessly from protective casing to a reusable lifestyle item. The design also incorporates cork materials as aromatherapy diffusers, replacing traditional wood or fiber, and features a unique lunch-bag style that resonates with the brand's focus on olfactory experiences. The packaging delicately preserves aromas, making each bag a distinctive gift for scent enthusiasts and a messenger of the brand's ethos.

Functionality is at the heart of Woosmell's design. The flameless fragrance diffuser operates by attaching a cork diffuser ball to the fragrance bottle, allowing the scent to be released gradually through a built-in cotton wick. This thoughtful approach not only enhances the user experience but also aligns with the brand's commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.
