The tool guides users through a simple process: answer a brief set of skin-related questions, take a guided selfie, and receive instant health scores for six key skin concerns. SkinAI's AI-driven analysis ensures inclusivity by accommodating diverse skin tones and types, while its intuitive design makes the experience approachable for all users. The platform also provides tailored product recommendations, allowing users to explore or purchase suggested skincare products directly through integrated e-commerce features.

Melisa Aksun's design process was rooted in extensive research, including user surveys, expert interviews, and competitor analysis, ensuring that SkinAI is both technologically advanced and user-centric. The project overcame significant challenges, such as balancing sophisticated AI capabilities with an intuitive interface and ensuring accessibility across devices.
