Renowned designers Daisuke Nagatomo and Minnie Jan have unveiled their latest creation, "Dance With The Wind," at the Pingtung Luo Shan Feng Arts Festival in Taiwan. This mesmerizing art installation draws inspiration from the visualization of wind traces and aims to reflect the coexistence of natural shapes with the wind. The organic form of the installation mirrors the harmony between nature and the wind, while the LED strip lighting visualizes the currents surrounding the structure.
The location of the art installation is particularly significant, as Pingtung is known for its strong winter winds. "Dance With The Wind" seamlessly integrates with its surroundings, featuring a structure crafted from ductile steel and bamboo, designed to sway gracefully in response to the wind.
Constructed using metal dowels and bamboo slices, the art installation spans 2.4 meters in width, 2.4 meters in depth, and stands at a height of 2.1 meters.
