Vienna's DC Tower 1, the tallest building in Austria, has unveiled a revolutionary permanent media installation by Responsive Spaces. The interactive LED wall in the tower's foyer captures and displays time-sliced photo montages in real time, emphasizing the uniqueness of the location and every moment at it. This innovative installation aims to engage in a vivid dialogue between the people within the tower and the building itself through interactivity.

The installation seamlessly switches between various layouts, showcasing slices of the last 24 hours and packing moments from the last 12 weeks into a single image. Additionally, sensors enable the application to react to the presence and motion of people, further enhancing the interactive experience.

Utilizing a weatherproof high-resolution webcam on the tower's roof and LiDAR laser range sensors in the foyer, the media server collects and delivers a vast pool of images to the LED wall, providing an ever-changing visual spectacle. The installation runs fully self-controlled and automated, offering a truly immersive and dynamic experience for visitors.
