Faffin Font Family by Paul Robb

Renowned designer Paul Robb introduces the Faffin Font Family, a versatile typographic language that offers two distinct styles – Faffin Sans and Faffin Display. Launched in November 2023, this font family empowers designers to create compelling visual narratives by seamlessly blending contemporary aesthetics.

The Faffin Sans draws inspiration from the impartiality of Swiss-type design, meticulously fusing contemporary shapes and curves. On the other hand, Faffin Display takes versatility to the next level as a variable font, offering a harmonious and contemporary typographic language.

Using Glyphs, the font family was created, and a limited run of the type specimen book was printed in offset digital, five color. The specimen dimensions are 210 x 290 mm. The project was initiated in April 2023 and was awarded the Silver A' Design Award in 2024.

Paul Robb, a Creative Director and Type designer with over 30 years of experience, is the mind behind this innovative font family. Based in Italy, Paul Robb is known for his expressive and authentic work, which is a balanced fusion of creative design and technology.
