HilfePunkt: Empowering Newcomers with Essential Guidance

Designed to aid newcomers in Germany, HilfePunkt is a communicative mobile application that simplifies legal procedures and supports users through the process. Tailored for diverse groups, it offers essential guidance, step by step, breaking language barriers by providing information in users' native tongues. Crucially, HilfePunkt tailors essential information based on users' locations, recognizing regional rule variations in Germany.

The design process unfolded employing a suite of tools, including Figma, Photoshop, Adobe XD, and Illustration. The app is designed to be adjusted for Android or IOS operating systems and different phone sizes.

HilfePunkt redefines newcomers' integration in Germany, bridging relocation complexities with comfort and knowledge. It provides two different lists of activities, one for mandatory activities such as city hall registration, and one for optional activities such as different courses one can take. The users will receive notifications over what is going to change, such as possible bus strikes. HilfePunkt also prevents appointment collisions so all received appointments will be set in a reasonable manner.
