HilfePunkt, a communicative service app designed by Ladan Zadfar, aims to provide guidance and help to newcomers, specifically refugees, in Germany, offering clear steps to ease their integration process.
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Inspired by the need for a democratic solution for newcomers in Germany, HilfePunkt aims to ease the integration process for migrants and refugees, minimizing misunderstandings and communication conflicts.
The app, designed using Figma, Photoshop, Adobe XD, and Illustration, offers appointment-giving services and prevents appointment collisions, ensuring a seamless experience for users.
With a focus on classified, short, and accurate information, extensive research and collaboration with authorities and social workers were conducted to ensure the app's effectiveness.
HilfePunkt redefines newcomers' integration in Germany, providing two lists of activities - mandatory and optional, along with notifications for upcoming changes. The app is designed to be adjusted for both Android and iOS operating systems and different phone sizes.
Designed to preserve confidentiality and trust, HilfePunkt establishes a separate system for asylum seekers, ensuring sensitive information is protected.
Ladan Zadfar, the designer of HilfePunkt, is from Ludwigsburg, Germany, and has been awarded the Bronze A' Design Award for this outstanding and creatively ingenious design.
