The Alz Well caregiver app features a dark mode for night use, AI-powered location tracking to prevent patient wandering, and a wellness dashboard for real-time monitoring. The patient's smart band offers simple voice and one-tap interactions, while the smart speaker enables voice commands and memory recall through contextual visuals. Customizable voice options foster familiarity and comfort, and AI-driven scheduling helps caregivers manage both their personal and caregiving responsibilities more efficiently. The technology is designed to be invisible to patients, ensuring ease of use without requiring new skills or adaptation.

Developed through extensive user and desk research, Alz Well was conceptualized and prototyped in San Francisco, with ongoing development focused on expanding its capabilities. The project's unique design and technical execution-using tools like Figma, SwiftUI, and open-source libraries-reflect Patel's commitment to creating accessible, effective solutions for one of healthcare's most pressing challenges.
